The holiday home contains 3 bedrooms (all of which have air conditioning and a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms (with 2 walk-in showers + 1 bath), spacious living room / lounge (air conditioning) with very spacious open kitchen, 3 toilets, full basement with garage and spacious storage room and workshop for (race) bicycles.

This holiday villa has a very handy barbecue right next to the aperitif corner, which provides the necessary atmosphere and guarantees you cozy Provencal evenings.

From the higher sun terrace, in addition to the open panoramic view, you also have a view of the “bald giant”, Mont Ventoux, which is favorite for cycling tourists. It also overlooks the lower travertine pool terraces with accompanying pool.

Apt was named one of “les plus beaux villages de France”, where you can visit one of the most beautiful Provencal markets, pleasant shopping and a wide choice of very tasty restaurants. Unique authentic Provencal villages such as Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lourmarin… are all within cycling distance.

An ideal location in Provence for a walk in this beautiful Luberon region or why not try one of the numerous cycling routes? The holiday domain is located in the protected nature reserve ‘Parc Naturel Régional du Luberon’.

Swimming pool with terraces

A spacious swimming pool (4.8x10m  depth 100/200cm) provides a beautiful view from the holiday home, you also have 130m2 terraces with 7 design sunbeds. The built-in LED lighting creates a super romantic atmosphere in the evening.

The pool is ready to use and heated in mid and high season. The filtering of the pool is by means of salt, which ensures chlorine-free water.

Barbecue with aperitif corner

Adjacent to the pool you will find the ideal aperitif corner with a brick barbecue. Here we start with a few glasses of “Pastis” before playing a game of “jeux de boules” on the nearby petanque court.

Poolhouse with outdoor kitchen

Outside under the covered terrace of the holiday villa, there is a pool house with enough tables and chairs for everyone to enjoy the outdoors.

This holiday home in Provence (built in 2014-2015) can be rented directly from the owner.

Given the level differences, the house is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Extra information

The swimming pool is guaranteed to be ready for use in mid and high season, and heated by a heat pump from June to September.

Deposit is   1500€

Final cleaning of the house, terraces and pool maintenance €300

Rent of (bed) linen and towels (kitchen and bath-room) 25€ per person per week. (the linen is changed once a week).
