Colina Del Mar has 3 terraces. There is a terrace at the entrance of the house. West facing with a spacious fixed corner lounge. The second terrace is located on the ground floor and has a beautiful view of the sea. There is an outdoor shower and a jacuzzi on the terrace and there is direct access to the kitchen and bedrooms. The last terrace is located on the roof and provides a beautiful view.

Rooftop terrace and teppanyaki

On the roof terrace there is a corner lounge and a pergola, you will also find the teppanyaki grill with aperitif corner and there is direct access to the living space.

Swimming pool

For those who prefer not to swim in the sea, there is also a beautiful, spacious outdoor pool.
